At Milla Arabia, we take pride in the quality of our products. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Exchange Fees

An exchange fee of 20 JD for Jordan orders or 100 SAR for Saudi Arabia orders applies

This fee covers return shipping and handling

No exchange fee will be charged if the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
4. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value

Price differences must be settled before the exchange is processed
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
6. No Refund Policy
Please note that Milla Arabia does not offer refunds. All approved returns are handled strictly as exchanges.
